Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and trend analysis to support the efficient flow of freight from our shipping facilities to Third-Pary Delivery Agents. This role partners closely with Distribution Centers, Shipping, Outbound Transportation, Store Solutions and brand stakeholders to identify opportunities, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the logistics network for all Final Mile Delivery flow.
• Through data analytics and reporting, influence decision making and network planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert between internal and external partners.
• Proactive risk and disruption management.
• Lead regular cross-functional communication with domestic & store operation partners to align on business objectives.
• Build and cultivate relationships through collaboration, trust and commitment.
• Demonstrate agility and adaptability by responding quickly to changing business needs, embracing new processes and continuously developing skills and knowledge.
• Provide management with actionable reporting detailing trends with volume, service metrics and other key supply chain KPIs
• Design, implement, and enhance sustainable, scalable processes within the Final Mile delivery network through automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, analytics, operations management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, operations or business analytics
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques
• Experience in creating and maintaining operational reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing
