We are seeking a diligent, consumer-focused Product Analyst to support the development and growth of Bath & Body Works’ MarTech Services Platform. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, technology, and analytics—to enhance digital marketing capabilities and deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences.
The Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring business and technical requirements are met. Key responsibilities include defining product scope, gathering and analyzing data, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with established standards. 
 

 Responsibilities

 •    Handle product lifecycle for assigned products with the direction of the Product Owner and partner with product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objectives as well as act as proxy for Product Owner when they are unavailable
•    Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on partner needs, translating customer data, analytics, and marketing use cases into scalable product requirements
•    Maintain industry knowledge and insight to advise product roadmap
•    Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
•    Coordinate and perform UAT with attention for customer experience
•    Create materials and train internal customers on new features
•    Lead third-party solutions to build and enhance product capabilities
•    Complete A/B tests, analyze findings, and partner with the analytics teams to measure performance and advise product decisions
•    Support data validation and lower-environment data setup activities in partnership with Development and Data teams
•    Serve as point of contact for the Development Team when requirement questions arise
•    Analyze support issues, data quality concerns, and platform performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
•    Ensure platform stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage
 

 Qualifications

 •    2+ years of Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience
•    3+ years of digital, marketing technology, analytics, or customer data experience
•    Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical partners
•    Experienced collaborator with analytics teams, engineering teams, or data teams to define requirements and validate solutions as well as experience supporting experimentation, personalization, or measurement capabilities
•    Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, or data models and experience querying or validating data using SQL preferred
•    Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation, analytics, or marketing technology platforms, with an understanding of how customer and behavioral data are collected, transformed, and activated across digital experiences 
•    Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing technology platforms, or digital analytics solutions, as well as experience working with data sets, business requirements and technical implementations to support digital products and customer experiences
•    Familiarity with customer segmentation, identity resolution, audience creation, or data governance concepts
•    Experience partnering with data warehouse, analytics, data science, or customer insights teams and an understanding of digital data collection, tag management, web/app analytics, or server-side event tracking
 

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
