The Analyst, Email Marketing supports planning and execution of daily promotional emails for the Bath & Body Works program. This role will report to the Email Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email wireframe planning, ensuring accuracy from initial build through promotional, thematic and business change
  • Efficiently and effectively modify email plans according to business change to improve overall channel performance and meet shifting needs of the business
  • Plan segmentation strategies to drive traffic and demand
  • Lead cross functional communication of email plans and updates between Comm Ops, CRM, Creative, Copy and Loyalty in partnership with Associate Analyst
  • Proof daily marketing campaigns and partner with Associate Analyst to provide feedback
  • Support subject line and pre-header copy strategies to improve opens and overall response rates
  • Review and provide feedback on thematic and daily promotional creative assets
  • Confirm alignment with Finance partners of email plans including circulation and segmentation strategies, lead in monthly meeting and across ad hoc promotional updates
  • Lead stores testing process and ensure email tests are accurately accomplished
  • Support the strategy and execution of email campaigns beyond daily promotional activity including complex, cross functional initiatives such as Loyalty or reactivation strategies
  • Find opportunities to improve performance and support test & learn agenda and calendarization

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience; previous email experience highly preferred
  • Retail/e-commerce experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker who approaches challenges as a problem solver with intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Great teammate with a collaborative, growth mindset & ability to navigate an organization, influence partners and build consensus with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise-level email platform
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other similar office/collaboration software

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
