This role acts as a liaison between the home office and field by supporting a portion of Bath & Body Works 1800+ stores with store maintenance issues and escalations. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Field Leadership, Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Maintenance, and Construction. The specialist will partner to understand trends, act quickly to partner to resolve issues, and execute day-to-day support through a customer-focused lens.
Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between field leaders, store operations, and maintenance teams for all maintenance issues and escalations.
• Responsible for all maintenance tickets and approvals in FEXA for assigned region.
• Partner with store operations and field leadership to resolve unplanned store closures due to maintenance issues.
• Partner with Project Managers on maintenance approvals and customer concerns as appropriate.
• Identify maintenance trends as they develop and report them to the Associate Project Manager for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Experience supporting maintenance tickets in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Ability to communicate with home office, field, and external partners expertly and effectively.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance practices, tools, and resources preferred.
• Previous experience with FEXA preferred.
Education
• Direct trade or maintenance experience or 2/4 year degree preferrable but not required
