The Marketing Production Specialist drives the workflow process of production and delivery of theme props for stores that bring the brand story to life. They work closely with external vendors to deliver quality products and ensure timely delivery on all projects. Works collaboratively with marketing operations, store operations, procurement, creative, and store design and sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with external vendors on all areas of production, including communicating clear expectations, developing project timelines, accomplishing quality checks, conduct vendor visits when necessary.
- Responsible for providing all prop allocation information to vendors and logistics partners to ensure accurate delivery to stores
- Collaborate/consult with creative and procurement partners on print production process efficiencies and prop inventory position reviews to inform real estate stores and prop replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Visual Communications team to inform stores execution direction.
- Communicate Prop specifications and logistics details, related to in store timing, to Store Operations partners and maintain all primary specifications and historical information.
- Maintain all internal primary prop data and tools.
- Channel and action store requests related to props, including all Home Office requests.
- Maintain team calendar to ensure all team achievements are captured, communicated and met.
- Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries for arrival in distribution center and in store.
- Leverage ongoing findings to evolve process crafting efficiency for internal and external business partners.
- Support department leadership with special projects as needed.
- 1-3 years project management experience preferred; retail experience a plus
- Familiarity with print production, manufacturing and quality control processes
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple projects simultaneously and drive process in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactively problem-solve and recommend solutions
- Excel/Word/PowerPoint, InDesign; FileMaker Pro is helpful
- Ability to lift large packages, often up to 50lbs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
