Opportunities include:
- Regional directors – lead a team of district managers and serve as the key liaison with the home office, articulate strategies to the district and store level, and drive profitable top-line sales growth in their region.
- District managers – are responsible for multiple stores, manage the brand’s in-store visual and operational standards and take responsibility for developing talent and the performance of their district.
- Store managers – drive results by developing and implementing action plans, while also maximizing store profitability and team productivity

Our best-in-class store support team brings a wealth of talent, insight and strategy to deliver a delightful in-store experience for every customer, every time. They are the operational backbone of our business and the designated support system for our team of store associates, providing:
- Sales training and education for store associates
- Field merchandising and visual presentation support
- Expertise on customer relations and customer insight
- Support for new store openings and remodels
