This role will be responsible for building a digital sales audit team. This will include overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of sales data from all digital channels. This role ensures that all web sales transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The manager will lead a team focused on reconciling e-commerce sales, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems. This role will report to the Director of Banking and Cash Management.
Responsibilities

Building a Digital Sales Audit team to support the new digital payment process which was previously outsourced. This includes creation of processes and internal controls for sales to tender reconciliations, establishing payment recovery procedures, developing strategies to minimize failed payments while enhancing the effectiveness of our recovery procedures, and creating accurate reporting to monitor sales performance and payment KPIs.

Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation for digital sales transactions

Oversee seasonal budgets and monthly forecasting of digital payment expense line items.

Staying current all legislation and payment card mandates to ensure compliance with procedures and evaluation of the financial impact on all changes.

Establishing a comprehensive process to fight digital fraud and service-related chargebacks. This includes designing the process to identify and adjust which chargebacks are fought, implementing proper internal controls, and creating reporting to monitor chargeback rates success.

Partner with Digital Operations, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Treasury on all projects and key initiatives to ensure seamless data flow and issue resolution.

Drive automation and process improvements using tools like SAP, Blackline, and MSI

Manage projects impacting the Digital Space including OMS implementation, SAP S4 Migration, and other key business initiatives

Minimum of 5-7 years accounting or related experience.

SAP experience preferred.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong Analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work Cross-functionally with various business partners to lead change, implement efficiencies and improve internal controls.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
