The Product Operations Coordinator is an integral support role for the Product Operations Department. This person will assist in the organizing of key assets such as Systematic updates, product libraries/storage, comp requests, samples shipping/receiving. They will also act as a liaison between Designers, Merchants and other Cross-functional teams for meeting deliverables and product development submissions. They assist in systematic updates and trackers related to product development work in the product pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Sr. Coordinator, Manager, Sr. Manager and cross-functional team members to coordinate the comp requests for photo shoots, key meeting and Designer development needs.
- Coordination of all assets and Design materials needed for Cross-functional Team meetings.
- Provide meeting support, secure rooms/equipment, assist with set up and break down, meeting notes.
- Update and maintain Centric and any relevant tracking documents.
- Collect all assets required and route category assigned mechanicals for cross-functional team review and approvals.
- Assist in the management of samples and storage spaces.
- Lead the distribution of Vendor submissions and samples.
- Organize, pack and ship materials as needed.
- 1-3 years’ experience in operational, project management or customer service role
- Centric software experience a plus
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word experience required
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, lead and prioritize their own projects
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated success in fostering effective relationships
- Great teammate with the ability to work in a highly collaborative product development environment
- Demonstrate curiosity and desire to learn
- Meet timelines without compromising work with a high level of speed and agility.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
