Individual contributor position responsible for supporting the overall global commercialization process by independently handling/implementing project system set-ups and changes; organizing CSG meeting planners, meeting agendas/recaps, creating status reports, and supporting Project Managers/Planners with weekly Commercialization meetings for all categories within the BBW portfolio.
Responsibilities
Project Data Management
- Supports/coordinates project operations by independently engaging cross-functionally with our external & internal partners & CSG Project Managers/Planners to implement systematic new project creations, cancellations, and changes with our external partners
- Direct external and internal partners on the best ways to organize information to support proper set-ups & conduct training when necessary
- Identify, analyze and resolve issues with missing/inaccurate information in our systems – Drive system execution with applicable teams to organize/streamline information, and assist any necessary issue resolution
- Responsible for communicating/ supporting commercialization data maintenance and management
- Provide proactive/action-oriented reports
Commercialization Process
- Supports weekly commercialization meetings through project notes maintenance, handling meeting planners, and creating meeting recaps
- Maintains meeting distribution lists to support timely cross functional communication
- Communicates with cross functional partners, Project Managers/Projects Planners to support issue resolution
Thought Partner to Project Managers and Planners
- When issues arise, provide alternatives to Project Managers and Project Planners
- Connect dots across categories & implement recommendations from Project Managers and Project Planners (i.e. apply attributes from one project to other projects); Identify areas to streamline approaches across the CSG team
- Execute aligned on protocols for tasks – if something requires deviation, identify and create process opportunities & suggestions
Measurements
- ON TIME = 90%
- ON COST = +- 5% of Target (Final vs. Target)
- ON SPEC / ON QUALITY -Meet pre-determined Brand Standard
Speed & Agility
- Understand and support change
- 48 hour turn around for project set up and communication
- Timely meeting recaps within 24 hours
System Accuracy & Reporting
- Provide ad hoc reporting to support global commercialization process
- Support Creation of new reports/methods and use reports to drive speed and accuracy in the business.
Talent Management
- Creation and ownership of objectives and development plan
- Attend training classes as appropriate
- Support AOS initiatives
- Train cross functional partners
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Product industry or in project management.
- Detailed SAP/PLM understanding
- MS Office and Advanced MS Excel skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
