Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Front End Web Developer to join Bath & Body Works for a role supporting marketing initiatives, tag management, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with stakeholders on the development of requirements and user stories.
  • Works closely with third-party vendors to define technical requirements and limitations
  • Identifies unique solutions to test and maintain marketing initiatives, often as the first point of contact with Front-End.
  • Build personalization and A/B test experiences within Adobe Target.
  • Manage production releases for Adobe and third-party integrations managed through Tealium, owning these tools and coordinating with the rest of the Front-End team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on front end web development
  • Experience contributing to large projects in a heavily cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware or other enterprise ecommerce platforms, such as Magento/Oracle ATG preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of modern front-end technologies.
  • Functional knowledge of node and server-side JavaScript technologies
  • Experience with React and state management.
  • Experience in working with design systems and adhering to style guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility practices (ADA/WCAG compliance).
  • Ability to work in a fast, multi-tasking environment as a valued team member.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with business users.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and continually expand technical capabilities
