Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Front End Web Developer to join Bath & Body Works for a role supporting marketing initiatives, tag management, and A/B testing.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with stakeholders on the development of requirements and user stories.
- Works closely with third-party vendors to define technical requirements and limitations
- Identifies unique solutions to test and maintain marketing initiatives, often as the first point of contact with Front-End.
- Build personalization and A/B test experiences within Adobe Target.
- Manage production releases for Adobe and third-party integrations managed through Tealium, owning these tools and coordinating with the rest of the Front-End team.
- 3-5 years of hands-on front end web development
- Experience contributing to large projects in a heavily cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware or other enterprise ecommerce platforms, such as Magento/Oracle ATG preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge of modern front-end technologies.
- Functional knowledge of node and server-side JavaScript technologies
- Experience with React and state management.
- Experience in working with design systems and adhering to style guidelines.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Solid understanding of accessibility practices (ADA/WCAG compliance).
- Ability to work in a fast, multi-tasking environment as a valued team member.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with business users.
