The Sr. Product Ops Coordinator is an integral support role for the collaboration & brand partnership teams. This person will assist with project plan scoping, partner communication, and cross functional collaboration. They will identify process efficiencies within the collaboration & alternate distribution spaces and lean into both internal and external partners to drive business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with brand partnership leads to support alternate distribution & collaboration strategies that align with business goals
- Act as a link between external partners and internal teams to scope new partnership opportunities and build project plans
- Actively participate in and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Meet tight deadlines without compromising work with a high level of speed and agility.
- Manage deliverables related to partner alignment and to support product development milestones
- Seen as collaboration guide and “go to” person by their cross-functional partners
- Support the creation of presentations to executives and cross-functional teams, from process documentation to project timelines
- Responsible for accurately coordinating new development projects across multiple teams (e.g. Merchandising, Design, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Commercialization) and leading communication flow to team members
- Collaborate with Commercialization Services to supervise timelines, anticipate / communicate issues and drive due dates on time
- Be a strong communicator and maintain productive relationships with key partners.
- Lead project management efforts and ensure clear communication of project status, priorities, and achievements to partners
- Identify and engage the cross functional teams needed to support the alternate distribution process, fostering collaboration to develop and continuously enhance strategies based on findings
- 3-5 years of related work experience in operational, project management or retail management
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be a self-starter that works independently producing accurate work
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong ability to enhance working relationships
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with strong time management skills
- Systems and computer proficiency (MS Office-Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
