This Recruiter is responsible for providing a “best in class” recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers within Bath & Body Works. This recruiter is aligned to the Logistics Services team and will recruit for the 2025 Spring and Fall DC Hourly population that works out of the Distribution Centers here in Central Ohio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Screen and Interview applicants responding to BBW marketing efforts or come into one of our Job Centers.
  • Make hiring decisions based on pre-determined criteria and interview assessment.
  • Answer phones, address voicemail, and email correspondence from candidates, new hires, and business partners.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert when it comes to the various job and shift opportunities within the DC’s.
  • Attend to administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring to the Job:

  • Ideal candidate will have recruiting experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting in a distribution center preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency and experience working out of multiple systems at one time.
  • Comfortable dealing with candidates where English is a second language.
  • Ability to deal with constantly evolving processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime during the week and on Saturday mornings.
  • Ability to work out of any of the 2 Job Centers (Broad St and Commercial Point) and flexibility to travel to any of our 3 work locations if needed (Morse Rd., Broad St, and Commercial Point.
