Summary

The CRM Analyst plays a key role in supporting omni-channel marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email, SMS, and app-based promotions. This role focuses on audience creation, segmentation, and execution within the MarTech stack to ensure targeted and personalized customer experiences. This role will assist the Customer Data Orchestration team by maintaining data accuracy, supporting campaign execution, and troubleshooting issues to drive marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining customer audiences for marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, direct mail, app) using segmentation tools.
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring audience lists and offer details are properly configured and aligned across platforms.
  • Maintain documentation related to audience segmentation, offer execution, and campaign setup to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Help track store testing initiatives and maintain corresponding documentation for campaign effectiveness analysis.
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure correct audience counts and campaign setup.
  • Support audience troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Assist in pre-campaign offer testing and validation before the campaign redemption window begins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure audiences are optimized for segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis by gathering data and supporting insights for future segmentation and targeting improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0-3 years’ experience in a fast environment, preferably in marketing, analytics, or data-driven roles.
  • Proficient understanding of audience segmentation and targeting in a marketing or retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Basic analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with campaign management tools, audience segmentation platforms, SQL, or Python is a plus but not required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
