HR Associate Connect team in Montreal which is responsible for answering benefit and payroll questions and supporting associate with personal and job-related transactions for all of Canada
Basic Functions:
- Answer benefit and payroll questions
- Assist associates and managers calling Associate Connect to complete Personal data, Job data and Benefit-related transactions in HR Access
- Provide 1st level functional support to associates and managers using the HR Access, MyTalent and Kronos web application on-line.
Responsibilities:
- Answer benefit and payroll questions
- Respond to calls – assist associates and managers with benefits inquiries and Employee Self Service (ESS)/Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions
- Input appropriate data into the core application of HR Access and Kronos to complete benefit data transactions that cannot be completed through ESS or MSS
- Coordinate with other functional groups within Associate Connect as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Provide first level functional support to store managers entering HR data transactions through the POS.
- Document all calls in Service Now tracking system
- Manage the Record of Employment (ROE) process
- Engage Manager for issue resolution as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
- Fluency in English and French Canadian preferred – verbal and written
Education:
- Pursuing College Degree preferred
