Summary
The Associate Graphic Designer is a detail-oriented supportive role collaborating with the in-store experience design team on daily tasks and deliverables. They assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support brand campaigns and projects. Key responsibilities include producing in-store marketing, crafting presentation decks, preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual merchandising teams to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Provide design support to the in-store experience team, focusing primarily on testing and innovation projects as well as seasonal campaigns
- Responsible for preparing marketing decks for presentations
- Assisting team in creating in-office presentations (printing/trimming/mounting/setting mock store)
- Responsible for creating PrePro decks that inform marketing needs and all details per project
- Responsible for working with the design function leads on organizing and cleaning design files in preparation for art release
- Gather inspiration/patterning to inform and inspire ideas for upcoming projects
- Route files for approval through Copy partners and Associate Art Director
- Collaborate with other creatives, copy, creative services, traffic and procurement teams to properly execute each project
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, creative ideation and print production
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, efficient and agile in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple projects
- Excellent management of timing and deliverables
- Proactive and able to show initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work cross-functionally with various internal teams
- Strong craftsmanship skills a plus (trimming/mounting/crafting 2D/3D elements)
Education
- Associate’s degree in Art/Design or related field required
