The Senior Project Manager – Regional Inbox & Field Communications manages the execution of the communication strategy and messaging to the field organization multiple communication channels including Zipline platform and Regional email inboxes. They are an advocate for the field and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for driving day to day operational communication to stores via Zipline ensuring it is clear, concise, and consistent with brand standards, and resolving operational concerns and questions via Regional email inbox communication
- Model by example and coach to empathy of communication, urgency, and solutions for field issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements for a seamless store experience
- Partner with cross functional teams to share regional inbox trends to influence improvement and gain knowledge of their initiatives to be more supportive for stores
- Collaborate across the core operations team to understand impact, implement strategy, and drive solutions to challenges
- Evolve inbox support platform and processes for best associate experience
- Identify opportunities and recommend changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies
- Oversee the print and packup process
- Oversee the coordination of conference calls and meeting planners to the field as directed
- Lead the gatekeeping and organization of the Field Resource Library, field leader calendar and message tracking to streamline workload planning allowing the field to focus on selling
- Proactively gather feedback from stores and field leaders on communication and timing of communication to identify trends and patterns to make improvement.
- Approximately 10% travel required
- 5-7 years of experience in communications, project management or related field
- Ability to prioritize and ensure execution of critical workstreams
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with influencing and collaborating with cross-functional group
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively with all levels inside
- Ability to facilitate group meetings
- Excellent customer service, relationship building and team building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe InDesign is a plus
