Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sr. Analyst Marketplace Content & SEO to lead the strategy, quality, and performance of all on-platform content across marketplaces. This role owns product detail pages, imagery, enhanced content, video, and SEO, ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned presence across all marketplace touchpoints. This individual will also own account health, brand protection and product documentation across marketplace platforms which will be responsible for ensuring listings remain compliant, authorized, and protected from unauthorized sellers, IP violations and policy risk.

Sitting at the intersection of brand stewardship and performance optimization, this role is responsible for driving discoverability, conversion, and compliance through high-quality, scalable content execution. Additionally, this role safeguards listing integrity while enabling sustainable marketplace growth.

Responsibilities

  • Account Health & Compliance: Own marketplace account health, policy adherence, and listing eligibility across platforms
  • Brand Protection & Enforcement: Monitor and enforce against unauthorized sellers – specifically works with Vory’s (marketplace partner) to ensure clean BuyBox, IP violations, and policy breaches
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and submit product, brand, and compliance documentation required for marketplace listings
  • Risk Monitoring & Escalation: Identify compliance risks early and manage escalations with marketplaces and partners
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with legal, eCommerce, and external operators to resolve issues efficiently
  • Marketplace Content Ownership: Lead all on-platform content across marketplaces, including PDP copy, imagery, A+, video, and SEO
  • Brand Consistency & Governance: Ensure content aligns with Bath & Body Works brand standards, tone, and visual guidelines across platforms
  • Performance Optimization: Drive discoverability and conversion through SEO optimization, content testing, and performance-led iteration
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with eCommerce, brand, legal, and external content partners to enable timely and compliant execution
  • Launch & Refresh Management: Own content readiness for launches, seasonal updates, and portfolio changes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital content, or marketplace merchandising in addition to 3-5 years of experience in marketplace compliance, account health, or brand protection
  • Hands-on experience owning PDP content, SEO, and enhanced content on Amazon and/or other marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf best practices and conversion drivers
  • Ability to manage multiple content workstreams through internal teams and external partners
  • High attention to detail paired with performance-oriented thinking
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or brand-led retail environments
  • Familiarity with marketplace content compliance and policy requirements
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-brand portfolios
  • Experience supporting branded manufacturers or consumer retail organizations
  • Exposure to beauty, CPG, or regulated product categories
  • Experience working with external marketplace operators or agencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
