The Specialist, Influencer Compliance and Operations supports the compliance development and execution of Bath & Body Works’ influencer and partnership strategic initiatives. They will join the team’s leader in building relationships with agencies and talent. They will coordinate with internal collaborators to ensure partnership strategies fit seamlessly into omni campaign execution. They will develop and accomplish programs that increase brand reach and awareness. These programs will build credibility and insert Bath & Body Works into cultural conversation through increased relevance. This is a cross-functional, strategy-adjacent role for someone who enjoys connecting policy with execution and wants exposure to influencer marketing, paid social media, and evolving digital regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Mitigates risk to the business by acting as a point of contact for Legal and Regulatory, supporting influencer contract specs and content requirements
  • Tracks/monitors all paid influencer, creator, UGC and ‘surprise and delight’ content, for strict and ongoing compliance to FTC guidelines
  • Owns bi-annual Legal Compliance Audit
  • Oversees orchestration of omni campaign integration
  • Key partner to Creative Services + Integrated Marketing to manage omni content distribution and usage management
  • Supports vendor setup in APEX
  • Supports finance/accounting submissions for vendor payment
  • Support Duel Advocacy program workstream in partnership with Loyalty team

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in-house or at an agency with a focus on marketing, social or influencer strategy
  • Experience working in beauty, consumer goods, fashion or retail industries preferred
  • Strong collaborator with a positive, proactive attitude and great interpersonal skills. Able to brief senior leaders and build relationships with internal and external partners, talent, and agencies. Represents the brand in all negotiation, development, and implementation activities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, project manage and self-start against key business priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills required with experience in presentation development and visual storytelling
  • Ability to think critically, curiously, strategically and innovatively, and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
  • Results oriented, must be willing to take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook with an in-depth knowledge of influencer management and analytics tools (ie Klear, Meltwater)

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
