Summary
We are seeking a data-savvy and business-minded Senior Analyst to lead strategic reporting and performance insights for our Infrastructure & Security organization in a dynamic retail environment. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming data from multiple systems into insightful dashboards and trend reports that guide executive-level decision-making.

This is a high-impact role where your dashboards, critical metrics, and insights will directly shape how our leadership prioritizes cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives. Your work will help senior leadership make informed decisions that protect revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance operational resilience.

Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards that track infrastructure availability, cybersecurity, key performance indicators, incident trends, patching, and operational resilience across store, eCommerce, and corporate environments.
  • Synthesize technical and operational data into concise, strategic narratives for leadership presentations and steering committees.
  • Identify data-driven insights around risk, availability, and cost to support continuous improvement initiatives and investment decisions.

Key Performance Indicators & KRI Ownership

  • Define and track key performance indicators and key risk indicators (KRIs) related to system uptime, threat detection/response, vendor performance, and platform health.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reporting reflects metrics that impact business outcomes—such as POS availability, order fulfillment speed, and data protection effectiveness.

Multi-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Infrastructure & Security teams and key business partners across Stores and Digital.
  • Support strategic programs through data insights and milestone tracking.
  • Partner with finance and sourcing teams to enable cost-performance visibility and return-on-investment analysis.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, strategic reporting, or IT/business performance management.
  • Experience in a business analyst or data analyst role with data visualization.
  • Demonstrated experience building executive-facing dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Working SQL knowledge or other data querying tools (a plus).
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to breakdown complex business questions, to develop an analytic approach, to translate data into actionable insights, and to present the insights back to technical and non-technical business partners.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience supporting Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Risk Management functions.
  • Understanding of descriptive statistics, trend analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Jira.
  • Background in a retail or consumer-facing enterprise.

  • Data Access & Querying: SQL, Snowflake, ServiceNow
  • Collaboration: Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Salary: 135k+ Base & Company Bonus
