The Videographer, Video Production & Post-Production is responsible for execution of video capture and post-production activities across channels and end-uses as assigned. This individual works closely with Manager facilitating video capture, editing, and related post-production activities to ensure all video projects deliver at the highest quality possible.
Responsibilities
- Implement video capture and post-production editing work as assigned
- Receive, coordinate, and manage creative assets, project files, and design deliverables to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality work while performing quality checks of work-in-progress as needed
- Provide recommendations for video capture, edit, and delivery to best meet the needs of the creative vision
- Lead on-site video capture as assigned using understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and video-specific equipment for efficient and high-quality results
- Edit video footage for intended final use as assigned; integrate footage or content from outside vendors and partners
- Maintain and use knowledge of editing, color grading, motion graphics, and other post-production software
- Package and release final design deliverables to internal and external partners
- Archive final released files according to established standards
- Support accurate asset metadata and tagging
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years experience in a high-energy corporate setting. Experience in similar roles a plus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; adept at adjusting to shifting priorities
- Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite required; Experience in DaVinci Resolve and RED camera system a plus
- Experience leading and running video projects in a creative environment a plus
- Knowledge of camera operation, set lighting, audio recording, video/audio monitoring, and color correction preferred
- Technical knowledge across multiple aspects of a creative video workflow a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Video Production, Broadcast, Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
