BBW is looking for a functional resource focusing on the HR Access Application. The Senior Applications Analyst will be responsible for assisting partners with system enhancements and projects including requirements gathering, process design, system configurations, testing and production implementation. This role will include leading HR related initiatives and acting as a key resource on other initiatives. The candidate will be the SME in the HR Access Application and communicate with key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day functional support to Compliance, Payroll and HR partners
- Monitor, analyze and plan system upgrades
- Analyze and provide recommendations related to application build and functionality of systems to ensure reliability for current and/or future use
- Lead and execute project tasks through entire project life cycle
- Create and maintain functional documentation including process maps, SOPs, and project specifications
- Proactively identify issues and recommend process improvements
- Develops and maintains reporting for partners
- Partner with technical resources to drive project and enhancement work
- 5 + years of working with large scale organizations with payroll in multiple countries, additional 2 + years of hands-on practical experience with HR and Payroll business processes
- Working experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Including configuration and documentation.
- Working experience with WalkMe, Oracle Guided learning or a similar product
- Proven ability to identify and implement continuous improvement/ process improvement initiatives with the ability to take the lead on implementing changes and making recommendations based on analysis
- Self-motivated, self-starting and creative thinker
- High attention to detail, executes for results
- Enhanced understanding of logical database design, ability to understand SQL queries
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
