This role acts as a liaison between the home office and field by supporting a portion of Bath & Body Works 1800+ stores with store maintenance issues and escalations. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Field Leadership, Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Maintenance, and Construction. The specialist will partner to understand trends, act quickly to partner to resolve issues, and execute day-to-day support through a customer-focused lens. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between maintenance, store operations, finance, and field teams for all maintenance issues and escalations.
  • Manage escalations on daily maintenance requests, including break/fix, HVAC performance/EMS systems, electrical/lighting, plumbing, etc.
  • Daily review/approval of work orders to be dispatched to maintenance vendors.
  • Daily review/approval of quotes/invoices.
  • Regular review of aging tickets to optimize vendor performance.
  • Partner with store operations and field leadership to resolve unplanned store closures due to maintenance issues.
  • Partner with Project Managers on maintenance approvals and customer concerns as appropriate.
  • Identify maintenance trends as they develop and report them to the Associate Project Manager for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience supporting maintenance tickets in a multi-unit retail environment.
  • Ability to communicate with home office, field, and external partners expertly and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of general maintenance practices, tools, and resources preferred.
  • Previous experience with CMMS (Fexa, Service Channel, Sales Force, Etc.) preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
