This role supports pricing & promotions for US/Canada store operations; including daily maintenance of XC Commerce for pricing to the POS and messaging of visual/promotional changes to support the field.
Responsibilities
- Set, maintain, and communicate pricing and promotions for all stores in US and Canada.
- Work cross-functionally to meet all pricing deadlines and flawless execution of pricing details for all stores in US and Canada.
- Identify opportunities to streamline XC Commerce Platform to support BBW promotional cadence and analytical reporting needs.
- Manage the pricing & promotions inbox to provide store teams with problem resolution and address operational issues/questions through email.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify communication needs for each level of the organization while developing solutions that support business results.
- Create, review and approve visual messaging (loyalty and promotional focus) for the team to support US and Canada.
- Cross-train to support the rest of the team with visual communications, posting to the associate intranet, etc.
- Be an advocate for stores; solicit feedback and drive improvements through strong working relationships with the Field and cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional groups with a field filter
- Ability to work with pace & agility, flexible in the moment based on business decisions
- Proficient writing and proofreading skills, communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with XC Commerce and Zipline preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1-3 years relevant experience in data entry, communication or project management
