The Manager, Talent Management plays an integral role in cultivating a high-performance culture focused on personal and professional growth that supports the evolution of our organization. This position acts as an ambassador, advocate, and support for talent solutions across the business.

The position will collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand business objectives; create career pathway tools with clearly defined steps for growth; identify, develop, and deliver talent management solutions; and enable a high performing culture that cultivates talent growth and organizational health. They will be responsible for leading and completing efforts related to associate development, talent review and succession planning, surveys including Associate Opinion Survey, talent assessments, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete the Associate Opinion Survey process and tools, including design, project management, and execution
  • Support the design, maintenance and execution of the exit and custom survey cycles, including current standards of design and evaluation instruments.
  • Use data-driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and provide insights to workforce needs for future success.
  • Support the continued design, development, and implementation of the talent review process to identify high potential talent, ensure a strong leadership bench and support succession planning efforts.
  • Analyze and maintain data to advise and identify participants for targeted leadership development.
  • Develop, drive, launch, and connect a competency model and ecosystem that integrates performance and development for associates at every level
  • Create and maintain competency-based talent assessment processes to support objective assessments of leadership roles in the organization.
  • Keep up with currents trends in the areas of talent management and organizational psychology.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand system needs and integration into HRIS systems to collect and increase talent data and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and success of our talent-related processes to continuously improve effectiveness and consistency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience including talent management and / or performance management, or organizational development.
  • Experience supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and program management.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships and maintain partnership across multiple functions and levels in an organization.
  • Proven organization, decision making, planning, organization, time management, problem solving and project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities and adapt and respond to opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to engage and inspire through compelling communication, as well as having a can-do attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to feedback
  • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proactive and action-oriented personality; strong sense of pace and urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Knowledge of HRIS and Oracle.
  • Possess strong interest and curiosity in talent management and personal and professional development
  • Adaptable and quick learner that seeks feedback to drive continuous improvement

Education

  • Masters or Bachelor degree in human resources or related field, equivalent experience
