Overview:

Associate Connect (Tier-1) is a call center responsible for receiving incoming human resources-related employee inquiries. Inquiries are answered via phone or self-service system.

Tier-One Representatives are responsible for providing 1st level functional support in answering benefit and payroll questions and supporting associates with personal and job-related transactions.

Basic Function:

  • Answer in person benefit and payroll questions
  • Provide 1st level support in French and Spanish
  • Assist associates and managers calling Associate Connect to complete Personal data, Job data and Benefit-related transactions in HRAccess
  • Provide 1st level functional support to associates and managers using the web application on-line to complete their transactions

Responsibilities

  • Support all associates via, phone or self-service system
  • Coordinate with other functional groups within Associate Connect as necessary
  • Provide bilingual support to all associates, ensuring effective communication and addressing the needs of our multilingual workforce
  • Provide first level functional support to callers needing assistance within Service Now
  • Provide first level functional support to store managers entering HR data transactions
  • Document all calls in Tier 1 call tracking system (Service Now)
  • Engage Tier 1 Supervisor for issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

 

  • 1-2 years’ Service Center environment (call center) experience required
  • Fluency in Spanish or French (verbal and written)
  • Must be proficient in utilization on dual monitors
  • Highly proficient in computer software and applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
  • 1-2 years’ HR, payroll and benefits administration experience a plus
  • This role requires the associate to be within a 2 hour drive of Columbus

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
